Submission and Publication

The authors were invited to submit regular research papers consisting of original material from 12 to 20 pages in LNCS Springer-Verlag style or short papers of 2 pages (for poster and short oral presentations) as PDF files through EasyChair

Every accepted paper has been presented at the conference by one of its authors.

All papers accepted as either regular or short  papers are published in a book in Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics series of Springer-Verlag, volume 8738. The book is available in print and online with free access offered by Springer from Sep. 15 to Oct. 15, 2014.

Authors of the most significant contributions will be invited to submit extended versions for a journal special issue.
